Proposed foundational instruments
The founding charter, constitution, membership principles, ethical commitments and framework for recognising priesthoods are developing proposals. They should be published with adoption dates once approved.
Authority and accountability
Leadership is a responsibility, not an exemption from scrutiny. Institutional roles should have defined powers, duties and procedures for review.
